RETURN?

Step 1 - Checking 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) within 14 days from the time of home delivery. Products must be returned unused, undamaged and with all original labels. So do not cut the labels loose while trying on! 

Step 2 - Packing
Complete the return slip included in your parcel. To receive a full refund, it is important that you pack the items in the original box together with the return slip, the corresponding order confirmation and any enclosed (free) accessories, maintenance products or products with combination benefits. Without the order confirmation, we cannot process your return.

Return policy for products received free of charge:
When you decide to return the main item of your order, we ask that you also return the free received product. If the free received product is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value amount of the free product from the refund of your order.

Step 3 - Shipping 
You will ship the package with the carrier of your choice. Make sure to clearly address it to: EF&S, collecting REEF, Boven de Wolfskuil 20, 6049 LZ Herten, The Netherlands.
The shipping costs will be for your account. Within 10 working days after receipt of the package you will receive the purchase amount back to the same account as the account with which the article was paid. You can find this under Mollie Payments.
