DHL An order is normally offered by us to DHL within 24 hours (within consecutive working days). After your order has been picked up, you will receive a track & trace code. Please note that it may take a few hours before this link works. Via the DHL email you can directly choose the delivery date, time window and location online. The day before delivery you will receive an email with the planned delivery time. If that time is not convenient, you can directly choose another time or location (e.g. your neighbors) online (until 23:59). So make sure that you enter your email address correctly.
Missed the delivery person? If you missed the delivery person, you will receive an email. If you do nothing, the delivery person will try to deliver the package again the next day.
