It's only fitting that Mick's last event on the WSL Championship Tour is the Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach, an event he has won 4 times including his first as a wildcard in 2001. After 16 seasons on the Championship Tour, 3x World Champion title, 22 tour victories, a near career-ending injury and an infamous shark attack, Mick's hanging up the jersey.
It's no doubt that he will continue to amaze the surfing world with more incredible moments as he pursues his passions and interests while continuing his role as an active professional surfer/ambassador for the surfing community.
WISHING HIM ALL THE BEST IN HIS UPCOMING PURSUITS! LET’S HONOR THIS MOMENT BY TOASTING TO THE CHAMP!
